Working with the City of Philadelphia's Digital Transformation team and stakeholders across city government, I utilized design thinking methodologies to research and contextualize the City's current digital standards, and develop a digital standards strategy to frame transformation of the city's website at beta.phila.gov. This strategy document outlines findings from my research, the guiding principles identified, and recommended training and support methods.
